When there is rebellion, sabotage and espionage in several countries of the world are at odds with American interests, the public and observers immediately showed their fingers to the CIA. What is the CIA? What was behind the founding of the CIA?

What is the CIA?

The function of the CIA
As described before, the CIA appears as a reaction to the cold war between the United States (liberal capitalists) with the Soviet Union (communist-socialist). Early-early formation, the actions of the CIA is quite satisfactory for the U.S. government. CIA managed to sink the communist ideology and socialist through a variety of conspiracy, so the war was won American ideology is quite successful. With the reduced Soviet influence and the destruction of socialist states in a coup and rebellion, the CIA began to enter the energy security issues.
Operations that initially a war against ideology (communist, socialist and nationalist), they are now tasked to master the countries rich in natural resources and oil under U.S. control. They continue to hunt the lands rich in natural resources, from the Middle East, Latin America, Africa to Indonesia (Book: Economic Hitman Confession and A Game as Old As Empire).

The success of the CIA

The failure of the CIA
Although there are a number of CIA successes, but many black notes that the CIA uncovered and failed.

Indonesia and the CIA
Has become a 'habit' if a country is highly advanced with a thirst to understand the material and power, they will try to get anything in any way. Economic conditions, political, social and Indonesia today is inseparable from the hands of the CIA. Indonesia successfully colonized again (both economically and politically) since 1967. The CIA also decisively participated in the Gestapu 1965.
And some sources say that in the election, many foreign funds that flow from (without exposed) the achievements of the CIA (still unproven). Thus, before the 2009 elections, we must be vigilant as well if the U.S. is interested in the future presidential candidate (not to be repeated in 1948 Italian general election in Indonesia).
Finally, Sukarno, founding father of the agency we are just victims of the CIA. Hopefully, through historical experience, the people of Indonesia understand well and find it has Indonesia.
